About the Role The goal of this role is to ensure every artist partner feels genuinely supported - starting at signing and continuing throughout the full life of their partnership with Duetti. We're looking for an Artist Partner Engagement Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for building the systems and relationships that help us show up for artists in a meaningful way - not just when a deal is signed, but over the long arc of their careers. You sit at the intersection of relationship management, cultural intelligence, and strategic process. You also understand how artists think, what they care about, and how trust is earned in the music world.
