This is a rare opportunity to build a quality engineering function from the ground up. As Duetti continues to scale, we are looking for an engineer who can define our testing strategy, build our automation infrastructure, establish quality standards, and create the processes that ensure our products remain reliable as the company grows. This is not a traditional QA role operating within an established quality organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing many of the systems, frameworks, and practices that will become the foundation of quality engineering at Duetti. We are looking for an engineer who views testing as a software engineering challenge and can build scalable systems that automate quality assurance across our products and platforms. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Research, and Leadership to improve release confidence, reduce production incidents, and ensure our rapidly growing platform remains stable and reliable. This role offers a unique opportunity to define how quality engineering operates at Duetti and have a direct impact on the company’s ability to scale.
