Senior Designer

Overview We are a team of digital marketers working towards a singular goal: bringing world-class Catholic resources to as many souls as possible. We’re looking for a Swiss-army-knife designer and to create engaging, high-impact experiences across web, email, and app platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible not only for creating visually stunning and highly functional designs but also for implementing those designs through front-end development. You’ll be responsible for crafting meaningful experiences, and building them with clean, scalable, performance-optimized code.   As a Senior Designer, you will bring expertise in web and application design. You will dive deep into distributing our world-class content, optimizing designs to align with brand guidelines while driving performance and engagement. You’ll execute UX/UI design across campaigns, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with marketers, developers, and content creators to deliver engaging, mission-aligned digital experiences.
