Fi is seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to provide strategic and analytical insights, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive projects alongside senior management as the company scales. As the second hire for this team, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Fi's business leaders with data and tools to guide decision-making as we grow and explore new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a creative, persistent self-starter who thrives on analyzing complex data, contributing innovative ideas, and navigating ambiguity.
