Senior Consultant - Solution Designer & Business Transformation

At CompassX, Solution Designers sit at the intersection of transformation strategy and hands-on delivery. You won't just facilitate workshops or hand off wireframes. You'll own the arc from current state assessment through future state vision to the roadmap that connects them - and then help design the individual solutions that execute against it. This role is SoCal-based and client-facing, with a focus on our LA/OC based engagements.
