Senior Solution Designer (UX / Product / Process)

You aren't just making things look good — you are building the blueprint for the future of operational efficiency.   In this role, you will lead the charge in mapping journeys and designing intuitive workflows in Figma Make. You will sit at the intersection of UX and business logic, ensuring that every design you produce is technically viable and ready for downstream ingestion into our AI tools. This is for the analytical thinker who loves to simplify the complex and lead clients through the fog of transformation.   This is a remote first role but will require travel on a monthly basis to Columbus Ohio.
