The RBM is tasked with increasing revenues in line with yearly targets set by the department and the Company. To excel in this role, the RBM must possess a deep understanding of Equitable Bank’s products to generate prospective deals and a keen insight into the underwriting process to ensure that application submissions meet all required criteria.
