The role focuses on the research, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 and related cloud platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and user‑centric digital workplace solutions.  This position supports both tactical execution and strategic modernisation initiatives, contributing to operational excellence, automation, and long-term platform sustainability.
