About this role
The Enterprise Accounting Success Manager will be joining a growing Customer Success team to help support the Enterprise customer base in our Close Management solution. The Accounting Success Management team maintains high levels of satisfaction and engagement among our customers to ensure their long-term success with the solution.Ā

Having previous professional accounting or audit experience will allow the candidate to build instant rapport with our enterprise customer base by addressing accounting specific questions, scenarios, or other elements during the post implementation phase to maximize adoption and enhance our clients entire customer experience.Ā

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future.Ā
