As Seyer scales, the Vice President of Human Resources will play a highly visible role in building the workforce, leadership capability, and organizational infrastructure needed to support long-term growth while helping preserve the culture that makes Seyer unique.

REPORTING TO THE PRESIDENT, YOU WILL:
SHAPE AND EXECUTE THE PEOPLE STRATEGY - Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and trusted advisor to the President. Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with Seyer’s growth objectives. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and succession planning.
BUILD THE WORKFORCE FOR THE FUTURE - Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to support significant organizational growth, including the addition of approximately 300 employees in the coming years. Build scalable talent pipelines for skilled manufacturing and operational roles. Strengthen onboarding, workforce development, and retention strategies in a competitive labor market.
STRENGTHEN LEADERSHIP AND CULTURE - Preserve and strengthen Seyer’s collaborative, family-oriented culture during a period of growth. Enhance leadership capability through manager development, coaching, and performance accountability. Drive employee engagement and a consistent, positive employee experience.
BUILD SCALABLE HR INFRASTRUCTURE - Strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes to support continued growth and operational excellence. Use workforce data and insights to inform talent and organizational decisions. Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR programs that support attraction and retention.
PARNTER ACROSS THE BUSINESS - Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to frontline employees. Serve as a visible, hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution. Help align people strategies with long-term business goals in a family-owned environment.
