Role Overview The Reconciliation Specialist ensures that fund financial data remains accurate, current, and aligned across general ledger, bank activity, capital accounts, and internal systems. This role is responsible for daily reconciliation of fund activity, surfacing discrepancies as they arise, and maintaining a reliable, up-to-date source of record for the platform.   This position offers a front-row view into how venture funds operate at scale. You’ll work closely with fund accounting, treasury, compliance, and platform teams, gaining exposure to the mechanics of venture capital while helping ensure the infrastructure supporting thousands of funds remains trusted and dependable.
