And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Manage inbound and outbound calls 2. Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently 3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication 4. Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction 5. Keep records of customer interactions, process and update customer accounts and file documents 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 7. Take the extra mile to engage customers 8.
