And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant (Retail/Fashion) to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage and optimize multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, dropshipping, wholesale sites) • Assist with customer service inquiries to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) • Develop engaging content including social posts, short-form videos, blogs, and product descriptions • Execute PPC campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads; TikTok/Pinterest as a bonus) • Maintain content calendars, posting schedules, and marketing workflows • Support graphic design needs using Canva or Photoshop • Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and reduce workload Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses • 3+ years of experience in social media or in digital marketing • Strong background in digital/content marketing (social content, short-form video editing, basic SEO, email content) • SEO knowledge is required (blogs, product descriptions, on-page optimization) • Experience with PPC ads (Meta + Google required; TikTok/Pinterest a bonus) • Ability to work comfortably with real photo/video assets • Some graphic design ability (Canva or Photoshop) • Strong English writing ability with the ability to follow brand tone • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with content calendars, posting schedules, and general marketing admin Software Tools and Platforms Experience Required: Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Canva and/or Photoshop Content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or similar) Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: UK work hours (40 hours per week) Location: This is a remote job Salary Package: ₱62,500 – ₱67,500 Please note: • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview. • We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
