And we’re looking for an Social Media Assistant (  knowledge of APAC ) to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage operational delivery of TikTok and Instagram influencer campaigns across APAC & Western clients Brief approved creators via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram Track creator responses, chase for drafts, and manage timelines to keep campaigns on track Collect and quality-check content drafts against the brief Liaise with account managers to flag delays, dropouts, or risks early Coordinate payments via internal systems (Tipalti, PayPal) Keep campaign statuses and notes updated in the Round Dashboard Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams Qualifications: • Based in Asia (any major timezone) • Available 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM UK time - non-negotiable • Very strong written and spoken English - confident on internal comms, client emails and occasional client calls • Excellent organisational skills - able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and time zones • Attention to detail - accurate when briefing creators, tracking status, and managing payment info • Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, Dropbox • Fast responder - thrives in a real-time environment • Active TikTok user with awareness of trends • Eager to learn and grow - ambition to move into campaign management Preferred (not compulsory): • Some proficiency in at least one of: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia • Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to move faster • Interest in / knowledge of APAC music (K-pop, J-pop, C-pop, SEA) Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: UK work hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM UK time) Location: This is a remote job Salary Package (with HMO): ₱46,000.00 monthly Please note: • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview. • We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
