Your mission Build and maintain structured profiles for operators, including expertise, functional strengths, startup fit, availability, business priorities, and ideal connections Develop a strong understanding of resident needs and identify where Daos Hub can create additional value Proactively identify and facilitate relevant introductions between founders, operators, recruiters, talent partners, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators  Track high-value connections and, where possible, monitor whether they lead to useful follow-ups, opportunities, or outcomes  Act as a relationship owner for the resident community from a value creation perspective   Design and execute curated community formats such as workshops, mentor sessions etc   Co-create new formats based on real resident pain points and business needs   Build and maintain relationships with external ecosystem players including founders, operators, talent partners, recruiters, mentors, and strategic partners Collaborate closely with BD / Sales, Admissions / Validation, Events, and leadership   Help surface strategic opportunities for residents through ecosystem access, introductions, and curated visibility
