This role will partner closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Operations, and external retail partners to ensure strong execution across order management, inventory flow, service levels, launch planning, and ongoing customer supply chain performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable moving between day-to-day execution and longer-term process improvement. A core focus of this role will be building strong relationships with key retail partners, understanding their supply chain requirements, supporting innovation and promotional planning, identifying and mitigating supply risks, and using customer data to improve in-stocks, fulfillment, and overall service levels.
