As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to help bring our products to life through strong supplier partnerships, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of what it takes to scale a modern beauty brand. In this role, you’ll support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across rhode’s portfolio, while operating within the broader e.l.f. Beauty sourcing framework. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day supplier management, deeply cross-functional, and instrumental in ensuring our sourcing decisions support innovation, speed, and brand integrity. What You'll Do  Sourcing & Execution: ·       Execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, in alignment with broader business objectives. ·       Support new product launches for rhode by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables. ·       Partner cross-functionally  to support post-development optimization initiatives. Supplier Relationship Management: ·       Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs. ·       Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations. ·       Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed. Innovation & Collaboration: ·       Partner with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to support internally and externally led development pathways. ·       Support supplier-led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines. ·       Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities. Global Alignment: ·       Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base that supports category growth and brand requirements.
