The developer will be part of the team leading the packaging efforts to ensure all the technical and aesthetic aspects from design turnover through production are delivered with excellence.   The team includes several members In NYC, our China new product development team, Global Sourcing, planning, R&D, product marketing and creative. The Sr. Manager, Packaging Development will work collaboratively with all teams   Our team in China (including packaging engineers) produces most of our products and manages our strategic suppliers in Asia. The individual will be required to help drive projects and solicit other team members to ensure the required packaging tasks are performed successfully and in a timely manner. The developer must have the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and should be a creative problem solver, able to consider new approaches to improve the organization's competitive position.
