Business Development Specialist (Night Shift)

Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.   Why is this role important to Field Nation?  Field Nation’s AV division is investing in a high-impact sales executive  to accelerate adoption of the LaborFlex platform while driving new revenue across enterprise and mid-market customers. This role is responsible for activating new and dormant accounts, leading customer onboarding and training efforts, and partnering closely with Marketing to create demand-generation programs that position Field Nation as a major disruptor in the AV labor market. This is a revenue-focused role with direct accountability for platform adoption, customer engagement, and net new business growth.
