The Operating Model Practice ensures clients are structurally built to win with it.   As Kraken expands across energy, water, telco and beyond, we need a clear, global standard for how modern, interconnected utilities should run.   About the Role   As Kraken’s Global Practice Lead for Operating Model, you will build and lead a global delivery practice that owns and evolves Kraken’s enterprise Operating Model blueprint.   You are the ultimate subject matter expert on how high-performing, product-led, data-enabled businesses operate at scale.   This role has global responsibility across APAC, Europe and North America and directly manages all Senior Client Delivery Leads for Operating Model.
