Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future. About the role As energy systems rapidly evolve, regulation and market design have become core drivers of commercial success. This role sits in our Regulatory Affairs and Market Development team, which ensures that Kraken doesn’t simply react to these changes but actively shapes them. This is not a traditional regulatory role. You will operate at the intersection of policy, product and commercial strategy, ensuring that: Kraken can successfully enter and scale in complex markets by translating regulatory complexity into commercial advantage Our clients can maximise the value of the platform within evolving regulatory frameworks Market rules evolve in ways supportive of digital, platform-led energy systems The role's primary focus will be on leading the Regulatory Affairs and Market Development team’s work in Spain, with the ability to support a secondary market (likely France and/or Italy/Portugal).
