As Director, Strategic Growth, you lead account expansion efforts across a portfolio a key clients—partnering closely with studio leadership to expand existing relationships, shape opportunities before briefs emerge, and support new business efforts across strategic target accounts. This role sits at the intersection of growth, client leadership, and strategic problem-solving. You are equally comfortable leading executive conversations, building account growth plans, developing proposals, and rallying cross-functional teams around opportunities. You understand how to balance relationship-building with commercial outcomes and know how to navigate complex organizations to unlock long-term value.
