For more information, please visit grail.com The Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory oversees day-to-day operations of assigned laboratory areas, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role provides direct supervision to laboratory associates and technical staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring quality, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. The Supervisor partners with laboratory leadership to implement processes, support staff development, and ensure operational readiness. This position is on the night shift working from 10:00pm to 8:30am EDT.  You will work on-site full-time at our office located in Durham, NC
