About the Role Lyra is looking for a senior director of accounting for international reporting directly to the corporate controller, to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing our international accounting results. A strong foundation in accounting and experience managing a team at a multinational company is necessary for the role as the company will look to this role for guidance and support of critical accounting deliverables. An ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully operating in dynamic environments and should be comfortable with international accounting issues, acquisitions and working cross-functionally to resolve issues. The candidate should also be flexible and adaptable as priorities change and should also be willing to adapt working hours to accommodate time zone differences. Some travel will be required. Location: Remote, to be based in the United Kingdom Hours: 8am to 5am. The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role (Monday to Friday). Flexibility: Given the global nature of the business, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate flexibility in their working hours and may be required to attend the office occasionally.
