Application Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment and will help define the best solutions for managing suspicious or blocked financial transactions.   Key Responsibilities: -          Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients -          Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information -          Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations -          Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity -          Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation   Other duties We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands   Your skills, experience, and qualifications required -         Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics -         No prior work experience in software development required -         Proficiency in written and spoken Italian   Knowledge of the following technologies:  -         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite -         Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbal   Nice to have:  -        Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira -   Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)   What we offer: A 3 month long paid training period, working in a young team, Italian language lessons, continuous learning, professional growth opportunities.    Location: Chisinau, Republic of Moldova     By submitting your application, you acknowledge and accept that Cedacri International SRL and its affiliated entities may process your personal data for recruitment, staffing, professional evaluation, and related operational activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal group policies.   Important notes: According to the Moldovan Law on Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities (no.60 from 30.03.2012) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.
