Senior Product Manager, Growth

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and optimize this journey end-to-end: driving incremental registrations, improving conversion across every step of the funnel, and shipping experiments fast enough to compound learning into measurable growth. This is a high-visibility, high-urgency role sitting at the center of Greenlight’s Growth team. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Payments, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Compliance and you’ll have direct line-of-sight to executive leadership. The right person moves fast, thinks in experiments, and treats every data point as a signal to act on. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product and sits within the Product Led Growth team. You will be embedded in a dedicated cross-functional pod with Engineering and Design, with close partnerships across Marketing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Payments, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
