Our mandate is to advance research, nurture the next generation of AI builders, and drive transformative contributions to a knowledge-driven economy.  As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on the core of cutting-edge foundation model training, alongside world-class researchers, data scientists, and engineers, tackling the most fundamental and impactful challenges in AI development. You will participate in the development of groundbreaking AI solutions that have the potential to reshape entire industries. Strategic and innovative problem-solving skills will be instrumental in establishing MBZUAI as a global hub for high-performance computing in deep learning, driving impactful discoveries that inspire the next generation of AI pioneers.    The Role  As the Senior Product Manager for our teams, you will work within the extreme ambiguity of frontier research and impose the rigor and focus required for high-velocity delivery. You will partner with Lab Leadership to define the product vision for our model families (LLMs, reasoning, world models) and the applications built upon them. This product vision and leadership will be integral to achieving successful, high-quality releases of state-of-the-art models for the global community.   Concurrently, you will lay the groundwork for our Product Management organization. You will define the holistic product vision for the lab, determining not just what we build, but who we build it for. As the team scales, you will hire, mentor, and manage the Product Managers responsible for individual model families, setting the standard for excellence across the board.
