This is a hands-on senior IC role ideal for someone who has successfully built a program management function from the ground up within an established product company. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping operational excellence, team structure, and delivery processes to enable growth and innovation, while inspiring high performance by identifying root causes of delivery bottlenecks and empowering teams to overcome them.
