We’re seeking a tech-savvy professional to become an expert in the Lodgify software. In this role, you will support customers through the setup and adoption of the product, ensuring they quickly realize value. Act as a trusted consultant, guide configuration, share best practices, and proactively address challenges while fostering long-term customer success and identifying opportunities for growth. In addition, the Connectivity Specialist troubleshoots integration issues, investigates root causes, and resolves problems whenever possible, escalating or sharing feedback with relevant teams when required. They may also support the wider customer service team with general requests.
