About the role The mission of this position is to lead the store to sustained success by delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving and exceeding sales and payroll goals, and fostering a high-performing, engaged team. This role is critical in creating a magical and welcoming environment for customers while maintaining operational excellence, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the store meets its financial objectives. By setting a standard of excellence in sales leadership, team development, and business management, the manager ensures the store's continued success and alignment with the company's vision and values.
