Sr. Technical Recruiter DESCRIPTION As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Long Wall, you will own full-cycle recruiting throughout the company, with a particular focus on our most critical technical roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, and test across all of Long Wall’s missile defense programs. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leadership to develop deep role fluency, build targeted sourcing strategies, and move candidates through our process without losing speed or quality. This role will be more than execution, the goal is to bring a strategic perspective to talent, push back when the bar isn't right, and help build repeatable recruiting infrastructure as the company scales. You'll need proven familiarity with the aerospace, defense, and VC backed hardware technology talent landscape, and an intuition for finding and closing engineers and technicians who are hard to source and harder to move.
