Director of Relational Experience

That's how we’re able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do.   The Director of Relational Experience is primarily responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of YouVersion’s events and relational experiences. This role owns the full arc of event strategy, from vision and programming to on-the-ground production, ensuring experiences are aligned to the mission and executed with excellence. The Director oversees events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale domestic and international convenings, providing leadership, direction, and consistency across all relational experiences.   The Director is responsible for collaborating with their senior leadership to cast vision, provide direction, and lead ministry efforts within their area of influence to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
