Reporting to the Director of New Studio Openings, this role collaborates cross-functionally with the Field Marketing, Product & Talent, Business Management, and Construction teams to guide franchise owners throughout the pre-opening process. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. They are passionate about fitness, operations, and empowering franchisees to launch studios that deliver exceptional experiences consistent with the JETSET brand.
