The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in transforming operational and financial data into actionable intelligence that guides leadership, supports franchisee success, and underpins our next phase of growth.   Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, the Real Estate Manager plays a critical role in driving JETSET’s growth through site selection and territory development. This position focuses on guiding franchisees through the real estate process, managing market research, and coordinating site approvals to ensure that each new studio location reflects both brand standards and long-term business success.
