What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Agent, you’ll get to:

• Connect with new people every day through calls, networking, and referrals

• Match clients with the perfect-fit insurance coverage: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial

• Crush monthly goals by selling and cross-selling our suite of products

• Follow up on warm leads and open quotes provided to you

• Deliver amazing service that keeps clients coming back

• Use cool tech tools to stay organized and on top of your game

• Join team events, trainings, and brainstorm new ways to grow together

What You Bring

We want someone who is driven, friendly, and eager to grow. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and people skills

• Confidence on the phone, over email, and in person

• Positive attitude and a love for learning new things

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not already licensed)

• Speaking a second language is a bonus!
