There will be a myriad of inbound from your team members every week that blocks them from doing their job. You see it as vital to enable them to excel in their work. You will be responsible for setting up new computers (mac and linux), tracking and maintaining software patches using JAMF. Setting up user accounts, security tutorials and maintenance of network infrastructure.
