School Leadership: Dean

Who We're Looking For   This Dean role opening is an instructional staff and manager position.   The Dean’s job is to support the school leader and/or Assistant School Leader in driving academic and character outcomes for students as a key member of the school’s leadership team. Deans lead both instruction and school culture. The dean will work in conjunction with the school leader and other members of the school leadership team to invest a team of mission-driven educators to execute on the necessary components to meet the vision of the school.     Priority application deadline for the role is April 30, 2026; we will continue to review applications after that date.    Location: KIPP Compton Upper School, 5GR-8GR Possibly another South LA opening   Role is signing bonus and/or relocation bonus eligible. - *Note: You will be asked to submit student achievement data from your time as a teacher and in leadership roles you've held.
