Join us as we continue to lead in loyalty, delivering innovative customer experiences for some of the world’s most recognized brands while working alongside some of the best and brightest in loyalty.  About the team and what we will build together  The Cloud Engineering team is focused on building enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation, quality, security, and scalability while maintaining operational efficiency as the organization grows.  As a Cloud Engineering Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms that power our client solutions. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and other engineering teams to translate requirements into resilient architectures, while ensuring operational excellence across all environments. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, driving adoption of AI automation and best practices, and ensuring that solutions are delivered with a strong focus on quality, security, and efficiency. Your leadership will directly influence platform stability, time to market, and the organization’s ability to scale without increasing operational overhead.
