As part of our strategic roadmap and client implementations, this role focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions while supporting the growth and development of the engineering team.   As a key leader within the team, you will work closely with Product Owners, QA, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions. You will guide a team of skilled engineers in building and delivering reliable software, while fostering strong engineering practices and a collaborative team environment.   You will play an active role in day-to-day delivery, sprint execution, and team enablement ensuring predictable outcomes, high-quality releases, and continuous improvement. This includes supporting resource planning, mentoring engineers, and helping the team grow both technically and professionally.   In this role, you will build strong partnerships with product and cross-functional teams, gaining a deep understanding of business needs and contributing to solutions that leverage modern technologies within a scalable platform ecosystem.   The Manager of Software Engineering is responsible for driving team momentum, maintaining high standards of execution, and ensuring alignment between engineering efforts and product goals. You will also help communicate technical approaches and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong working relationships across the organization.
