We are outcomes focussed, implementing strategies that range from an operational turnaround to a financial restructure or, if necessary, a formal insolvency process. The team works closely with the wider Deal Advisory team to provide support on a range of transactions and debt advisory services. KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice is a significant supplier of financial advice, across its lines of business - Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Infrastructure & Projects, Restructuring, Transaction Services and Debt Advisory Services.
