Media Partnerships Manager

The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, and e-commerce and retail platform HBX.    We are looking for a passionate Media Partnerships Manager to join our Media Team in Shanghai. As an Media Partnerships Manager at Hypebeast, you will drive the media business development and media sales revenues in China. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Media Partnerships.    You will be responsible for media revenue generation and holding ultimate accountability for the delivery of your individual revenue and margin goals. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with external brand partners and sell Hypebeast’s large suite of media products and services to fulfill the needs and wants of the clients. You will proactively explore new opportunities in various brand categories, visit prospects, and secure partnerships. As this is a managerial position, you will need to have a deep understanding of the media landscape in China, a strong network of clients across many categories, a track record of successful brand partnership cases, a seasoned practice of media advertising, an eye for creative excellence, a rich experience in the production process as well as a profound passion for youth culture and Hypebeast.
