Talent Acquisition Partner & Office Associate

The Role:    Minted is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner & Office Associate to support both our People and Facilities functions. Our teams are at the center of Minted’s employee experience, helping attract exceptional talent, foster an inclusive and high-performing culture, and create spaces and systems that enable employees to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with people-focused support. You will play a critical role in keeping our office running smoothly while also supporting key moments across the employee and candidate lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive “utility player” who is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by variety. No two days are exactly the same, and success in this role comes from anticipating needs, staying adaptable, and creating exceptional experiences for employees, candidates, and guests alike. This is a temporary role, starting around the end of June through the end of December.
