More information can be found at www.mainspringenergy.com Job Overview We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to monitor system alerts, respond promptly to issues, and execute defined troubleshooting actions based on established flowcharts. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with technical systems, and the ability to work independently during overnight and weekend shifts. A key aspect of this role is flexibility — you may support coverage needs by filling open shifts, assisting with vacation or absence coverage, and adapting to changing operational demands.   Shift Schedule This role follows a 4×10 schedule (four 10-hour overnight shifts per week), with two shift block options: Block A: Saturday – Tuesday (ends Wednesday morning), 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST/PDT Block B: Tuesday – Friday (ends Saturday morning), 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PST/PDT
