You will be a critical member of Mainspring’s team as an accomplished transactional attorney who has the skill and versatility to flex between supporting a wide range of contracts, negotiations, and advisory work. In this role, you will not only draft and negotiate agreements, but also serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and a wide range of vendors, customers, and strategic partners.  As a key member of the legal organization, you will have the opportunity to drive a tremendous impact by helping to create and shape the legal infrastructure of this area of the business. You are a problem solver, skilled communicator, relationship builder, and have a track record of success as a strategic lawyer operating in a dynamic environment.
