About the Role   Ensuring the safety and security of the Hinge community is a core part of our product strategy and one of our most important competitive differentiators. The features that keep users safe, such as reporting and blocking flows, content moderation interfaces, identity verification touchpoints, and real-time safety interventions, are not just compliance checkboxes – they are product innovations that directly shape whether users feel confident enough to show up authentically. Getting them right demands both technical craft and genuine care for the humans using them.   As the Mobile Engineering Manager for this team, you'll lead a tight-knit group of 4-6 iOS and Android engineers embedded across our Trust & Safety teams. You'll be expected to maintain meaningful technical fluency and occasionally take on scoped projects yourself in Swift or Kotlin alongside your team.
