We work closely with Product, Infra, Biz and Platform Engineering to ensure what we learn in the field shapes how we build. About the Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Voice AI team, you will be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy voicebot solutions, build customisations, resolve production issues, and ensure ongoing success- acting as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs.
