About the Role: Credit Portfolio Optimization
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role focused on maximizing portfolio performance post-disbursement.
You will act as the central problem solver for credit performance — identifying where we are losing money across the repayment lifecycle, diagnosing root causes, and designing interventions that improve outcomes at scale.
This is not a collections or operations role.This is a strategy + systems role with direct impact on metrics like NCL, cure rates, cost-to-recovery, and customer lifetime value - A direct bottom line mover
