Sr. Human Factors Engineer

The Role: As a Human Factors Engineer, you are in a mid-level position. In this role, you will work under the guidance of more senior team members and apply MTI’s user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process. Your primary focus will be on learning and applying human factors principles to assist in creating highly-effective solutions for complex, critical missions.
