You thrive on turning complex requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions and are eager to deliver value to end users.   In any case, you have: - Experience working as a software engineer on production systems. - Proven ability to design object-oriented software with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python, or Ruby. - A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills. - A desire to deeply understand how the product works and the value it brings to users. - A good dose of humility and the willingness to grow (no matter your seniority!). - A fluent level in English (French is not required).   Your Responsibilities: - Design and build the core computation engine that powers our business planning platform. - Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, develop, and deliver features that bring value to users. - Optimize performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time. - Continuously monitor and improve the reliability, maintainability, and test coverage of backend services. - Contribute to technical architecture and decision-making across the backend stack. - Champion clean code, great documentation, and modern engineering best practices.   Current Projects You could Work On : Computation Engine: Scaling and optimizing our formula engine to support increasingly complex use cases and larger datasets. Performance Optimization: Profiling and improving the speed of real-time queries and calculations. Infrastructure Improvements: Evolving our backend platform for reliability, observability, and developer efficiency.
