We’re looking for a Customer Lifecycle Automation Specialist to join Omnisend's Product Communications team that keeps our clients up to date on product updates, simplifies complex technical information, and develops educational content to drive product adoption and customer retention. In this role, you will build and optimize automated lifecycle flows that guide Omnisend customers through every stage of their journey — owning the logic, triggers, and personalization that turn customer behavior into timely, relevant communication.
